To place your order with Bambini Arts, click on the link below. Microsoft Word document will open displaying the order form. If you do not have Word, then click the link for the text version of the document. Once you have opened the order form, click in the appropriate boxes in the tables and type in the requested information. Save the form to your desktop as either a Word document or a text document and name it "order". Then send it to us at BambiniArt@hotmail.com as an attachment to your email.

Don't worry about payment options yet. The order form serves to provide us with not only your product request, but also your desired method for us to contact you. When we process your order, we will contact you either by phone or email and we can discuss how you would like to pay for your order.
